Terrible scheduling and staff. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM. Got there on time but found out we'd have to wait a bit. Now it's 6:15 PM and we still haven't seen the doctor. What really got me was that 2-3 patients who came after us went in right away or earlier. My wife, our 2-month-old baby, and I waited for 1.5 hours for nothing. We even had an appointment for the gynecologist. Why even have appointments if they mean nothing and you still have to wait for hours, even with a prior schedule made 8 hours ago? At least have some empathy for patients with newborn babies. What a complete waste of time!

Mera appointment hone ke baad bhi ek ghante se zyada wait Kiya fir bhi number nahi aaya. Main apne 2 mahine ke baby aur pati ke saath aayi thi. Staff ko inform Kiya, 8 Ghante pehle appointment bhi liya phir bhi lagbhag 2 ghante wait karaya gaya. Aur kuch patients humare baad aaye the, staff ne unhe seedhe jaane diya. Hamara time waste karna tha toh pehle hi bata dete ki aaj na aaye patient zyada hai aur upar se appointment fix hi kyu karte ho jab waha jakar hi sabko aapke marzi ke hisaab se bulana hota hai.
