was told that my turn would come in 40 minutes and that the laser procedure would also take around 40 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for more than 1.5 hours just for my turn, and even after that, the laser treatment took much longer than promised. It’s been a long time, and my laser treatment is still not completed. The clinic really needs to work on time management and keeping their word to patients.

My overall experience at Dr. Dashore Clinic has been good so far. On the positive side, my acne has improved compared to when I started treatment 3 months ago. It’s not fully gone yet since I am still in the middle of the course, but I can clearly see progress. The disappointing part has been the clinic’s management and support system. Due to some personal reasons, I couldn’t visit in person and opted for an online consultation. That went fine, but when I experienced some side effects and requested another follow-up consultation within a couple of days, I received no response. It has already been more than a day since I’ve been waiting for my follow-up, and despite having paid my fees, there has been no communication or support from the clinic. This lack of timely response feels very unprofessional. I do see results with the treatment, but the management needs serious improvement, especially in handling patient concerns and follow-up consultations.
