My experience at Dr. Batra's Homeopathy was truly excellent! The care provided was outstanding, and I felt very well looked after. Highly recommend their services.

I already share each and everything that's dr are good but when the customer is taking any kind of subscription then please disclose each everything with them after taking subscription cx understand that worst decision they took to take subscription i am talking about Indore branch i don't know about other branch's. Receptionist name is pankaj he please tell him before talking subscription disclose each and everything with customer but in future i will not recommend any anyone to take treatment form this clinic......I have lot to say......

Very bad experience i take dr batra's treatment for 1 year and haven't seen any result at all. Every time i visit to doctor for my hairfall acne and dandruff issue she said it is because of weather. Their tablets,shampoo and other products are of no use. Worst experience

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Batra’s online appointment service. I had already booked my appointment for 12:30 PM, but I received a call saying it was shifted to 1:30 PM. Then again, they changed it to 3:30 PM without any proper explanation. They have already charged the appointment fee, but I still haven’t been able to speak to the doctor. On top of that, I feel like I am being misled with incorrect information. This kind of unprofessional behavior and poor time management is unacceptable. I would not recommend their online consultation service to anyone.

I’ve been with Dr Batra’s for almost 5 years now. I’ve seen good improvement in my hair growth and overall results have been consistent throughout this time.I also use their nutri good protein powder which they recommend for nutrition and hair support. I do feel it’s helping with strength and growth. And their natural moisturising lotion is light, doesn’t feel oily at all, and just keeps the skin normal and comfortable. Overall my experience has been good and that’s why I’ve continued with them for so long. ( Indore clinic ) The staff is very polite and good in nature and the doctors and very supportive. 5 on 5 for them

Dr. Batra ka result bahut hi nagative he, 8-10 month ka treatment lene ke bad bhi koi result nhi nikla 0% hair growth, money west treatment jiska koi result nhi hai sirf pesa barbad hota he yha jane se! therapy ke name par bahut sare pese liye jayenge or result kuch bbi nhi hoga

I had a really great experience at the dr batras indore clinic. The doctor is extremely polite and the staff members are very decent and supportive. I was quite stressed because my skin problem had become serious, and it was affecting my confidence. Thankfully, after consulting Dr. ma’am, I finally felt hopeful. She listened to my concerns very patiently and explained everything in a very genuine and reassuring way. What I appreciated the most is how honest and caring she is with her patients. After following the treatment and guidance, I’ve started noticing a very visible improvement in my skin problem , which has made me feel so much better. I’m truly thankful to Dr. Batra’s clinic indore clinic and especially to Dr. ma’am for helping me through this phase. Highly recommended for anyone facing similar issues.

Honest Review – Dr. Batra, Indore I visited Dr. Batra after reading positive online reviews. While the consultation was expensive, I expected professional treatment. Instead, I felt the focus was more on selling a one-year ₹16,000 package than addressing my skin concerns. I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase the plan, and the cost of individual medicines was presented in a way that made the package seem unavoidable. Unfortunately, after following the treatment, my skin became worse rather than improving. I also felt that follow-up consultations lacked proper attention. One more concern: I was asked to submit a review using my own phone at the clinic. I believe reviews should always be written voluntarily by patients. This is my personal experience. Others may have a different one.

Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was very disappointing. I have been dealing with seborrheic dermatitis for the past two years and followed every recommendation given to me, including washing my hair with mineral water, maintaining a healthy diet, eating dry fruits, using the prescribed medications, and taking all the suggested precautions. Despite strictly following the treatment plan and spending a significant amount of time and money, I have not seen any lasting improvement. If I don't wash my hair for just three days, my scalp returns to the same condition it was in two years ago. This makes me feel that the treatment has only been providing temporary relief rather than addressing the underlying problem. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor. I expected an effective treatment plan that would lead to long-term improvement, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

A complete waste of both time and money. I was facing a hair fall issue and opted for their treatment with high hopes, but even after 9 months, I did not notice even a 1% improvement. The clinic collects the entire one-year treatment fee in advance, and when I requested a refund, they were unwilling to process it. I had to raise complaints with their customer support twice before my refund was finally executed. The hair therapy sessions using their machine and serum were completely ineffective and not worth the high price they charge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their treatment to anyone dealing with hair fall.
