The doctor checked me properly and explained the medicines clearly. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with the checkup.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with the way Dr. Batra’s clinic has handled my treatment. At the time of making the full payment of ₹24,000 for 6 months, I was clearly told that this would include everything. But now, after taking the money, you are asking me to spend extra on tests. This is nothing but misleading and unprofessional behavior. If additional charges were to be applied, why wasn’t I informed earlier? Why make false promises just to take the full payment? This is not how a trusted medical clinic should treat its patients. I feel completely cheated and I regret trusting your words. I will never recommend Dr. Batra’s to my friends or family. Patients come to you with hope, not to be fooled with hidden charges and broken commitments.

Dr. Batra’s has given a very bad experience to my brother. At the time of payment, they said ₹24,000 for 6 months covers everything. But later, they demanded extra charges for tests. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Patients should not be misled like this. I strongly advise people to think twice before going here.
