The food was wholesome and very delicious. We had ordered chicken crispy, which we thought was little less in quantity for the price. Next we ordered bhuna mutton and chicken which were absolutely mind blowing. The mutton biryani was the cherry on cake. The service was prompt and atmosphere pleasant. I recently visited Al Turab Restaurant in Khajrana, hoping for a delightful meal based on some recommendations I had heard. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that the food lacked flavor. I ordered a couple of their popular dishes, expecting a burst of spices and rich tastes, but they fell flat. Even the rice, which is usually a staple with Indian cuisine, seemed bland and unseasoned. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, with a nice setup, which made it all the more frustrating that the food didn't live up to expectations. Service was decent, and the staff was polite, but at the end of the day, it’s the food that matters most. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with my meal. I hope they take the feedback on their flavors seriously because the place has potential. For now, though, I think I’ll look elsewhere for my next dining experience. ऊँची दुकान फीके पकवान - Had Chicken Lemon Coriander Soup and the Tandoor Non-Veg Platter. The soup was actually tasty and fairly priced. But the Tandoor Non-Veg Platter was a big disappointment. For the price they charge, the portion size was very small. They served 5–6 different starters, but all were chicken only. For a “non-veg platter,” I expected at least some variety like mutton or fish. On top of that, all the items tasted almost the same, so there was nothing distinct about any of them. Even the two dips provided were both curd-based, offering no real contrast in flavour. Overall, the platter felt way too costly for what was served, and the quality and variety didn’t justify the price. Honestly, I regret going there and wouldn’t visit again.
