They used to be so good when they inaugurated, now they don't even consider the regular customers & don't even take take-away orders plus one of the guys over there is so rude, once he picked up my phone & I started ordering & he just disconnected. Now its like any other arrogant restaurant, no respect for the regulars as well as people with low bill amount to be honest. Don't ever go there for a vegetarian food... The worst ever vegetarian food I ever eaten in my life, I as a purely vegetarian person felt very bad eating that food... Gone for my cousin's birthday and he loved non-veg food therefore had to adjust as he was the host. omg what a pathetic experience... Advise to vegetarian friends - Never settle with veg and non-veg restaurant , Pure veg restaurants are far more better than these restaurants.. 1 star for Ambience and Feel And 1 star for Dal which he made

Chick n serve isn't the fanciest of places, yes. But if you want to have some good chicken, something that's just absolutely mind blowing, I'd suggest going to this place. Don't try the biryani though, pretty disappointing, but other than that, they have amazing food! Also, obviously don't try veg food either. We have regular visits to chick n serve so I would like to share my experience: 1. Yummy and tasty food 2. Delivery with no long waiting time. 3. Good behaviour of staff 4. Homely interaction by the owner. 5. Nice ambience for family 6. Neat, clean and hygienic restaurant..

Food was good but It took around 1 hr to give delivery to the delivery boy and another 10 minutes towards delivery to me....staff was not aware about online order....if not able to reply keep it ofline Order type Delivery Food: 4 Service: 1 Wait time 1+ hour

The food is good and so is the ambience. The staff is not alert and does not pay attention to the diners. Earlier the service was very good. This is the first time I have experienced bad service from them. Inspite of trying to get the attention of the staff more than few times, I had to get up from my seat and walk to the staff and place an order with him simply because he just was not paying attention to our table. The food was excellent and worth the wait no doubt about that. But just keep a thing in mind that if you try to go there on weekends just inform the owner to book a table for you if possible! As me and my family had to wait for 45 minutes just to get a table and another 20 minutes for food to arrive. Yeah the wait for food was a no problem but the wait for a seat was!!! So just book your table in advance if possible and be stress free about the quality of food as it is what I would strongly recommend to any person who wants to eat non veg.
