We used to eat biryani here. But eventually there customer retention is pathetic why so ?? Because staff unfriend, owners have lot of behaviourial issues. Food earlier was good but now it pathetic, they cannot take the reviews positively and are so bad with regular customers. Chef changes every month so does the taste. Prices ... God damn high .... Why should we be loyal to this place. We specially visited for biryani that too is now spoilt and then they don't admit it. So the honest review is untill the owners and staff do not change their attitude this place not worth visiting. Bad food Worse ambience And worst staff.. Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered tamarind rice and keema pav , we order regularly from Swiggy zomato but today we decided to visit and experience was awful, first the guy who took our order was busy chatting on phone and he took wrong order I ordered tamarind rice and idk how he listened pomfret fish and brought fish twice !! After that they took 40 minutes to cook tasteless rice there was no tamarind in rice it was awful I won't recommend dine in if you want to order online it's fine but dine in experience as awful and they were busy in online orders only . My friend said keema pav was good but I don't trust his tastebuds after having that rice !! Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Visited for lunch today (13-Jan-26) and ordered the Veg Meals. The food was served cold, and neither chapati nor poori was provided, despite me waiting for over 40 minutes. The taste was nowhere close to authentic Andhra cuisine, making the overall experience extremely disappointing. What was most unacceptable is that I was charged the full amount of ₹279 even though the staff was fully aware of these issues and I had clearly raised them at the time. This reflects poor service and a complete lack of accountability. Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Wait time 10-30 min Recommendation for vegetarians Would not recommend Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking options Free street parking, Parking is unavailable Wheelchair accessibility None
Food was at par average. I had deluxe biryani and ghee roast chicken. It was too oily. Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Staff were irresponsible and ignorant. Ambience was ok but they was no air conditioning or fans. I was sweating the whole time. Will never visit again. Paakasaal The Andhra kitchen I had an extremely disappointing, frustrating, and humiliating experience at this hotel, something I have never faced anywhere before. I entered the restaurant at 8:27 PM and placed my dinner order at 8:35 PM, expecting basic service and reasonable waiting time like any normal customer. However, even after waiting patiently until 9:22 PM, which is nearly 47 minutes after placing the order, I still did not receive my food. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially when a customer usually expects their order within 15–20 minutes. The situation became even more irritating because the staff repeatedly came to our table asking the same question again and again — “What is your order?” This clearly showed that they had either forgotten our order or failed to manage it properly. Having to repeat the order multiple times after such a long wait was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. There was no proper system, no coordination among staff, and absolutely no communication about the delay. No one bothered to inform us why the food was late, and not even a simple apology was offered. After waiting for so long with no response, we finally decided to leave the restaurant. At that moment, instead of stopping us politely, requesting us to wait, or at least apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner. They told us “jaavo, chale jaavo” and even showed the way out using hand gestures. This behavior was shocking and insulting. Is this how customer service is supposed to be? No one tried to resolve the issue, no one cared about losing a customer, and no one showed even basic courtesy. I visited this place only because someone recommended it to me, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst dining experience of my entire life. Poor management, extremely slow service, careless and rude staff, and zero respect for customers’ time and dignity. This experience has completely ruined my impression of this restaurant. I will never visit again and strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Our family recently dined at Shravyam Andhra Kitchen in Indore, and it turned out to be a delightful culinary experience that beautifully showcased authentic South Indian flavors. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance and inviting aroma set the tone for a memorable meal. We began with the Rayalaseema Chicken Biryani and Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani, and both dishes were outstanding in their own way. The Rayalaseema version had a bold, spicy kick that appealed to those who enjoy robust flavors, while the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was fragrant, well-layered, and perfectly balanced with tender chicken pieces and aromatic rice. Together, they offered a wonderful contrast of regional styles. The prawn fry was a highlight for seafood lovers in our family—crispy, well-marinated, and bursting with coastal spices. The chilli chicken, on the other hand, was a hit with the younger members, thanks to its tangy and slightly spicy Indo-Chinese flair. For desserts, the gulab jamun was soft and soaked just right in sugar syrup, while the double ka meetha provided a rich, traditional finish with its creamy texture and nutty sweetness. It was the perfect way to conclude the meal. Overall, Shravyam Andhra Kitchen delivered a wholesome dining experience for our entire family. The variety, authenticity, and quality of food ensured that each of us found something to love. It’s certainly a place we would revisit for a hearty and flavorful family meal. ❌ AMBIANCE:- The Ambiance needs a lot of improvement. The washroom was not much clean. Most of things are lying around near kitchen and table which i think needs a lot of attention. The interior could have been better and well maintained & There was no AC when we visited so i was a little disappointed with the same. Also the place needs repainting & a little renovation. 🥘 FOOD:- 🌶️ DOSA WITH CHICKEN CURRY:- This was really good to taste , the combination was also good just the curry was a little spicy. 🍛 CHICKEN GHEE ROAST :- Chicken ghee roast was good in taste. It was tasting good with malabar paratha. i would have loved it even more if they has used boneless chicken. 🍚 CHICKEN BIRYANI :- i personally did not find the chicken biryani, the best in indore as they have claimed. It was okayish for me. You can get better biryani in Indore. PARKING 🅿️ :- a little bit different to find car parking as there is a lot of rush in scheme 78 . Meal type Lunch Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Wait time No wait Recommendation for vegetarians Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings Vegetarian menu or section Parking space Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options Free street parking
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff behavior was outright rude and disrespectful. While I was still reading the menu, it was abruptly snatched away after placing the order. After handing over the parcel, the staff again snatched the bill from my hand without even asking — > the entire interaction felt very unprofessional and insulting. Coming to the food, I ordered a family pack chicken biryani, but it had only 4 small pieces of chicken, which is unacceptable for the price. On top of that, the food was cold despite my location being just 10 minutes away from the restaurant. Overall, poor service, lack of basic courtesy, and disappointing food quality. Definitely not recommended. Poorest experience at my indore journey, would strongly prefer places like Nafees instead, which offer much better food and service. Completely disappointed.
