Red Chilli Restaurant

I recently visited and had a highly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, things started going downhill. First, the service was incredibly slow. we had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. It took another 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and we had to flag down the waiter several times to place our order. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered chicken lollipop as starter but it came at the end, curries came first but was waiting for the chappathies almost 15 minutes to get which was dry and overcooked, For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality To make matters worse, the ambiance was far from enjoyable. The restaurant was excessively noisy, making it hard to have a conversation. The air conditioning was very poor to the point of being uncomfortable, and the toilets were flooded like blocked drainage system Overall, was a major letdown. With so many dining options available, I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. There are plenty of other places that offer better food and service for the same price.
