GFC - The Great Food Company

The food is very decent but the service is a big issue. I would probably prefer to get the food as takeaway. Also the photos are confusing as there are two GFCs one with a big area near the outskirt of the city and the other in the middle of the city in inside a building. This address is the one inside a city building.

As a regular customer for over two years was denied home delivery of food for a bill of over Rs 500... Extremely rude Devender Sharma on phone who refused to even listen and talk politely. The owner should take note. Serving good food is one thing being impolite, unprofessional and unhelpful will turn away regular customers like me. I will never go and order food henceforth at GFC Indore...

Heard a lot about quality and taste of gfc but it turned out be a vice versa on our visit to the restaurant. Food quality was not good , one item was no salt and other was salty on higher side. We waited for about hour to serve 3 items. Always love coming here for their Butter Chicken and Chicken Sweet Corn Soup. In my view, they have the best Butter Chicken in entire Indore! The place however should not be judged as it runs mainly on home delivery of food rather than dine-in.

This Friday itself we decided to dine in at this restaurant. Being a Delhiite we are fond of Daal Makhni and so after following the reviews we headed here. Little did we know that our excitement would come to a halt. My husband noticed a strand of hair in stuffed paratha. When we confronted them they had the guts to say "it's small. ". Overall the experience was horrible. At least have a decency to apologize instead of arguing.

Service can be better. Although to be fair I did visit for dinner on a weekend but still we could have been given faster service. Food was satisfactory as always. The ambience and seating do feel a bit congested/gloomy due to the small area of the place.

Good & tasty non-veg restaurant. We ordered Chicken Hakka Noodles for my 5 years old daughter, it was not spicy, perfect for small kids. We also ordered Chicken Pahadi kebab, Mutton rara and roti. While the food itself was good and thus the 2 stars, the service was Horrible! waiters were impolite and rude and the order took forever to come. we had just ordered a butter chicken and naan to go with it, they took 40 minutes to serve. And when I asked the waiter why it took so long, he just shrugged turned and went away. We were 4 people and had ordered for 4 pieces of Naan, they only got us one and and then forgot about giving us the rest of our order despite reminding them. this is probably the last time me and my friends are going to this place, one of the worst experiences I have had dining out!
