While exploring proper biryani in indore Just tried Chicken Dum Biryani here and the aroma of biryani reminded me that of hyderabadi chicken dum biryani, properly cooked in pot with ghee & gravy mixed with rice provided nice texture to it.I definitely suggest everyone to try this here.

Non veg food and the owner of Silbatta, both deserve 5 stars. The owner treated me like a family member. Really liked uncle positive attitude. I have tried chicken tikka and fish fry, both were awesome. Silbatta is best option in vijay nagar. Please go and must try here.

Been here a few times, great staff, very attentive, clean, kitchen looks well staffed, consistently good good, great portions. Would recomment. Chicken is so delicious if you're non-veg lover must visit this place. Best part of this place is the chef is pure vegetarian but still the food is so creamy and delicious. They offer some quick meal also. If you want to enjoy meal alone or you have friends like mine (vegetarian) than you can definitely try it, strongly recommended. Even for someone who's conscious about thier fitness can order boiled stuff even boiled chicken taste amazing. You can easily attend your diet with taste.

Usually I don't write reviews but I'm compelled to write one today. We had 2 special happy meals. It was exactly as advertised. Yummy and in good quantity. The owners were ready to accomodate changes also when there was a slight miscommunication. Seating is communal and shared between multiple shops. Best thing was the food was all fresh. Tried their Fish tikka and chicken tandoori, it was great in taste. Would definitely recommend this place. Cost wise the place is well competing with roadside stalls and taste wise it is very well competing with some mid-range eateries.
