Don't go for any types of job, very worst company

Very bad experience in this company they literally wants to use you now I am give one star before the 4 months i have given the 5 star but they deserve 1 star.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life, and I never want to deal with it again. Sakshi (HR) calls candidates to the office interview not for recruitment, but just for entertainment. Even the CEO and COO seem to waste time and treat the whole process like entertainment. I had my final round with this company, and their hiring process continued for 12 days. Even after I successfully cleared the final round, I received a message from Sakshi (HR): “Hi Thanks for your application, but currently we are not moving further with your application. But in the future, we can surely connect for the same. Thanks.” It honestly felt like they were just wasting my time throughout the entire process. Even after all this, the company still hasn’t been able to provide me with a valid reason for the rejection. (Jb jeb mein Paisa he nhi hai. Toh employee ko interview k liye or hire he q karte ho tum log Hr sakshi )

I joined Tractor Gyan as an SEO Executive. The joining process was smooth and the environment was good. I gave my 100% to every task and never left any work incomplete. My manager [M1] was supportive. I always shared my suggestions openly in meetings. I was hired for backlink generation and other SEO tasks. I noticed the backlink strategy was wrong and told [M2] about it with proper reasons and a better strategy. After some days, backlink creation stopped. Later work started based on my suggested strategy. Everything was going well for about 20 days. Then suddenly HR [M3] called and said they cannot continue with me. When I asked for a reason, they said the backlink strategy was being closed, even though I had plenty of other work. I was told on 22 April that my last day would be end of April. I requested extension and got 6 May. I again asked for at least 30 days notice but was ignored. This company does not care about employees. My full settlement was done on 6 May. I asked for experience certificate and salary slips for my next job. HR agreed but didn't send. Within 3 days I got another job. The new company asked for documents. I told Tractor Gyan HR but they kept delaying. I lost that job opportunity because of them. Later HR said they would send in 30 minutes but sent in the evening. They have zero concern for anyone's career. See I have masked the names of my senior because maybe they will pressure to remove the name so I masked it. And besides of these you will understand who these persons I am talking about. My advice: There is 0% job security at Tractor Gyan. Always keep a backup plan. They only talk sweetly but don't care about you at all.
