My experience with IDP Indore was disappointing. We took their help for my brother's visa For his visa application, I had personally spent considerable time preparing a detailed Genuine Student (GS) statement that accurately reflected my background, study plans, and future goals. During the application process, we were assured by my counsellor that GS had been used and submitted with the visa application. However, after receiving a visa refusal and reviewing my application, we discovered that my brother GS was not submitted. Instead, a very generic statement appears to have been used. This was particularly frustrating because I had invested significant effort in preparing a personalised GS and relied on the assurance that it would be included. Our financial documents, academic profile, and other supporting documents were in order, which makes me believe the quality and content of the GS may have played an important role in the outcome. What concerns me most is not just the apparent omission of my brother GS, but the fact that we were informed it had been used when it was not. I understand visa decisions ultimately rest with the immigration authorities, but students place a great deal of trust in their consultants to represent their cases accurately and transparently. Unfortunately, that trust was not reflected in my experience. I would strongly advise students to request a complete copy of their final visa application and verify every document before submission.
