I had an excellent experience with IDP for my study abroad journey to the UK. From the initial consultation to receiving my visa, their support was outstanding. My counsellor, Lovina Ma'am, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to assist with any queries. Her guidance and encouragement made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend IDP and Lovina Ma'am for anyone looking to study abroad.

At first visiting IDP Indore, I was completely unsure about the steps to be taken and how to figure out the perfect university options. But then I met Naina Ma'am, and everything changed. She was very helpful and organized, but her friendly approach made the whole process so much easier. She patiently guided me through each step, always ready to answer my endless questions with a smile. She helped me in the preparations of the visa. Eventually, I got my US student visa, which I had never expected. Its the trust, and dedication of Naina Ma'am in me which were key in making my dream come true. She genuinely cares about her students and goes beyond to ensure everything is in place. If you’re applying for an US visa, Naina Ma'am at IDP Indore is the person you need! A big thanks to IDP Indore and their services.

I appreciate IDP’s helpfulness in obtaining my student visa for a Master’s in IT in Australia. That said, I faced a host of challenges throughout the process and I think future applicants should learn from the critical issues I faced. 1. Inaccurate Guidance on Education Loans I was advised to apply for a loan even before giving my IELTS. However, the bank asked for IELTS results before processing the application. My counselor also assured me that changing details in the sanction letter post-approval would be simple. I applied through SBI, and after a lengthy process, I received the sanction. But the bank refused to change the university name on the letter. Due to tight deadlines, I had to apply for a fresh loan with another bank. Despite promises of support, IDP offered no help, and I had to bear repeated costs for notarization, processing, etc. 2. Incomplete Information on Processing IDP initially suggested the University of Wollongong(UOW) but only advised switching to a faster-processing university after delays began. I was never told upfront that UOW had a 1.5–2 month GS assessment, which was a crucial factor. Had I known earlier, I would have chosen a different university and avoided the stress and setbacks. 3. Insufficient Post-Arrival Assistance IDP promised post-arrival support including housing assistance. However, my friend and I had to find accommodation at the last minute with minimal help. The SIM cards provided were also blank, forcing us to buy new ones after arriving in Australia. Concluding remarks While I appreciate IDP’s role in helping me get my visa, the experience was marred by miscommunication, broken promises, and lack of transparency. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their process, especially for students making major life and financial commitments.

The experience through IDP Education was seamlessly wonderful. I loved the way the counselors approach students and how helpful they are throughout the process. My counselor is Naina for US and I must say after visiting a lot of other counselling teams across I couldn't have met someone like her. She is dedicated, easily approachable and has a prompt approach. Thanks IDP for the experience.

I had a great experience with IDP! Special thanks to Sangita Jana mam. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and thanks to her expert guidance, I got admitted to UNSW Australia. From admission to VISA she made sure everything goes well. I highly recommend IDP for anyone looking to study abroad.
