"Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Genuine Support: A Disappointing Experience" I deeply regret engaging with this consultancy and cannot recommend their services to anyone. The reviews on their website are fabricated, likely posted by current or past employees. During my interaction with this consultancy, I faced multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience. Despite informing them beforehand about missing my visa receipt on the interview day, their team failed to provide adequate support. The lack of responsiveness and failure to address my concerns left me feeling disregarded. It's disheartening to witness a consultancy that seems more focused on financial gain than genuinely assisting individuals. Their continuous demands for money, even for services not rendered, added to the dissatisfaction. Moreover, the materials they provided seemed readily available online, raising questions about the value of their services. The consultancy's lack of professionalism and tendency to blame departed team members for their failings is concerning. This unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability had a profound impact on my experience. I strongly urge this consultancy to prioritize training for their staff and maintain professionalism in their dealings. The impact of their actions on individuals' careers is distressing, and it's crucial to address these issues to avoid further harm. My experience was disappointing, and I regret investing time and money in their services. I hope my feedback prompts them to reconsider their practices and focus on providing genuine, valuable assistance to their clients."

First of all let me tell you that 'i did not get my Italian student visa and i was rejected'. When it comes to my experience, for me personally the counsellors were all friendly and helping. Vidhushi and Sanskriti mam helped me during the process. I hope everyone will get good counsellors during their visa process also. Now i would like to bring it to the kind of every candidates who are applying for an Italian student visa(or any other country) is that if you dont have the funds and proper source to show the living expenses in your bank account, dont try to apply for a visa, you will get rejected. They will be saying that they have an agent to help you with that and there will be no issues and you will get the visa and all, but dont fall for it, its a trap. The way they handle this is so unjustifiable, that if you look at the financial documents they prepared for you, even you might feel the documents are rubbish. If you think that this way, then think what will the authorised persons would think of the documents when they come across it. I dont know if my counsellors knew in the beginning of the process itself that i am going to get rejected because of the financial documents, even if they do, they would not tell us because that is what they might be asked to do. But i believe she already knew that the visa was going to be rejected. Later i consulted with some other people also who do the education consulting to know about the same and they said i should not have gone for it if i didnt have proper financial documents. The agent that they are going assign itself is an irresponsible one and i dont know if that person even exist. To be honest, i lost a whole year working on it and waiting for the visa, i started the process in January 2023 and spend around 1.25 lakh and what i got in return is nothing but 'rejection'. I hoped atleast, they would address situation and help me with some advises. But nothing..!

I had a great experience with them through out my process. They had a great team for counselling who will answer all the queries for any possible thing related to your process as they have every small details about the admission, scholarship or getting visa. I highly recommend to everyone who are looking for moving abroad.

My names zahra and i had applied for my bachelors in Italy through Presume Overseas Consultancy. From day one they had given me all the information I need to be knowing for my study abroad journey, and have been extremely patient with me. Explained everything over 100 times so I can understand whats going on and have never gotten annoyed with how many times i ask a certain question. They haven’t overcharged , and only ask for instalments when needed. Overall journey with presume has been amazing. Special thanks to Vidushi Di and her team , including Sanskriti Di , Sandeep Sir etc and whoever has been with me throughout my process. The most genuine place for overseas consultation and follow-up procedures. They have a wide array of opportunities which are suitable for everyone. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They were very punctual and detailed with my process. The main difference between them and others is the level of transparency between the staff and students about the whole process and fees, etc. I am humbled to get them as my consultant.
