Alzato Overseas Education

I had a very negative experience with Alzato Overseas Education. They gave me false hopes about admission to a committed university in Italy and guaranteed me that everything was on track. However, in the end, they failed to secure confirmed admission. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process. Important details were not communicated clearly, and I was kept waiting with vague assurances instead of honest updates. Their promises did not match the actual outcome. If you are planning to study abroad, especially in Italy please dont consider Alzato overseas, there are over consultancies as well. Their marketing is so powerful that no one can refuse them on call but the reality is Alzato is fraud and they dont even pick call and revert messages if they are not able to fulfill commitments….They give a list on commitments on the first conselling call. And they serve completely different dish at the end and if you are not okay with it, they will abandon you..Dont waste your parents hard earned money on some fraud consultancy, I would strongly advise you to verify everything independently and not rely blindly on their claims. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Alzato. No one picks call you can check that in bellow attachments. I lost more than 1lacs plzz dont consider them as your study abroad partner.

Hi I am Varun and I am from Panchkula, Haryana. I am in Italy right now and I am enrolled in Masters in Economics and entrepreneurship course in University Of cassino. It was a very good experience for me as I only had last chance to apply for Italy study visa and Alzato handled it very professionally and carefully. I was worried about all the process but they made it very easy for me although it was a lengthy process but they did it for me in just 1-2 months. And i got my visa for italy in October. I really appreciate the efforts of all the members of Alzato team, they did a great job and made my dream possible to study in Italy. I recommend everyone to at least talk with them for their study abroad dream, you will also be very happy once you get all the things done timely and professionally. And special thanks to Dependra sir and Shivangi mam, they updated me each and every update about my application process and helped me in preparing all the documents timely. Once again thank you so much Alzato Team for making my dream come true. Varun

"I had a really good experience with these study abroad consultants. They guided me through the entire process, from choosing the right country and university to visa support. The team answered all my questions patiently and helped me understand every step clearly. Their support made my overseas study journey much easier. I would recommend these study abroad consultants to students planning to study abroad.

Worst consultancy and worst support experience. Replied to your review I completely lost 3.5 lakhs (including fees, extra attestation charges, and MEA/apostille expenses) and wasted 1.5 years for my Italy visa process because of this consultancy. They informed me at the last minute that I needed to prepare certificates from the Tahsildar, along with income proof and ITR documents. How is it possible to arrange ITRs at the last minute? Initially, they told me that ITRs were not required, but later the visa team clearly stated that ITRs are mandatory for the Italy visa process and without them I would not get the visa. They cancelled my DOV slot multiple times saying the certificates were not ready and kept changing the slot more than 5 times. They reviewed all my documents several times and repeatedly told me everything was fine. However, when my visa was rejected, the rejection reason mentioned that I failed to provide sufficient and reliable documents to prove sponsor status. When I questioned them, they blamed me and said they had already told me to prepare ITRs—but they only informed me 2 weeks before the visa slot, which was far too late. After all this, when I requested a refund, they did not return even a single rupee. Please do not choose this consultancy. Many other consultancies provide much better documentation support and service for less than 70k, while this one only wastes your money, time, and effort. Your response is completely unacceptable and appears to be a deliberate attempt to deny responsibility despite clear evidence. I possess full proof of my dealings with your consultancy, including: • Payment receipts/invoices officially issued by your team • WhatsApp group conversations • Communication with your staff members • I have payment invoice if you want I will share. If you want I will public I don't have any problem. If my details are genuinely not in your database, then explain how your team immediately. contacted me after I posted a Google review. This alone proves that your organization is fully aware of my case and is now attempting to mislead the public by falsely denying any association. Your consultancy’s actions strongly indicate fraudulent and unethical behavior: • You accepted payment through your representatives • You provided official receipts/invoices • Once I requested my refund, my calls were ignored • Your team members exited the WhatsApp group without resolution • After my visa rejection, I was removed from the group — I am also sharing WhatsApp group screenshots as proof • Now you are publicly denying my existence as a client This pattern is highly unprofessional and appears to be deliberate cheating. Stop misleading people and take responsibility for your actions. I request you to please share proper details before starting the process.
