Zero stars from me Zero knowledge zero professionalism untrained staff They have just bought a database of numbers to call people, hired some untrained agents who are wasting the client time. Ek counsellor Hai Nikhat you ask one question and she is blank. They do not even a standard script aur routine to follow or talk. One simple question I asked and nikhat was blank and ask me to visit there office do you think someone will visit and waste their time if you cannot even answer a simple query on phone.
