I had a bitter sweet deal with these guys.. the product they gave was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on 5.. but their service is where I had a problem.. it happened twice in the same order.. they stopped replying to my msges.. and seeing my msges as well for continuous 3 working days.. when I had asked for an update.. I never got any call or msg in the meantime from them.. hence, as a worried customer, I dropped a review for them.. which they thought was bad for their page, and I got replied within a couple hours of posting that review saying they are hurt and wanna cancel the order and give my part payment back to me.. but that was not gono solve my problem. I never expected them to finish my order in one day. I UNDERSTAND it was a customized order, but I just wanted them to acknowledge my order update! And just tell me that my order is in process. Or just tell me that they are busy for now, they'll get back to me! How long does that take? I wouldn't have nagged them for sure.. nobdy has that kind of time. But ignoring the client for 3 consecutive working days is not acceptable in any business.. long story, short.. the product they delivered was good and perfectly packed and on time. I made a wedding magazine with them.. the pictures printed were good quality.. The only issue is their stapler quality.. I didn't like.. I know how staplers work.. it has already started to come off a bit from the center page.. but over all 4 on 5 for the end results.
