Excellent service time punctuality good staff behaviour also good

Services are very good and professional manner

I'm very disappointed that they didn't even clean the tank, just changed the filter and took the charges for both the filter and visiting. I had asked them to clean the tank and they said that it's not their job... Otherwise, the service was alright and they had come immediately and solved the problem.

The service experience was truly impressive and worth appreciating. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and smoothly, which made the entire process stress-free. What stood out the most was their commitment to using genuine parts for like-to-like replacements. This gave us complete confidence in the quality and durability of the work, as there were no compromises made in terms of materials or standards. Rajat visited us for the service, and his behavior was extremely polite, respectful, and professional. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and patiently answered all our questions. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made the experience even better. It’s rare to find service personnel who are not only skilled but also courteous and customer-focused, and Rajat truly delivered on both fronts. The work was completed efficiently without any unnecessary delays or complications. Everything was done with attention to detail, and the final outcome met our expectations completely. There was no confusion, no follow-ups needed, and no stress involved, which is exactly what one hopes for when opting for any service. Overall, this is a service you can trust if you are looking for a headache-free solution. Their reliability, use of authentic parts, and excellent customer service set them apart. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you value quality work, professionalism, and a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Quick and responsive installation. Installation was smooth. Technician was knowledgeable and answered all queries politely. Though there seems to be a bit of mis communication between sales and technician person, but was resolved promptly. Overall satisfied with initial service.
