Mujhe frozen shoulder ki bahut dikkat thi. Koi bhi kaam karne me problem hoti thi fir mene dr vipin ko dikhaya , unki sikhayi excersise aur therepy se meri problem thik hui. Ab mujhe pain ya freeze nhi hota shoulder me.
