I had a very disappointing experience at Physioverse, primarily due to poor coordination, lack of professionalism, and inadequate attention to patient care. On the first day, I was given an appointment at 6 PM. When I reached the address provided, I discovered that the clinic had already shifted to a new location. Unfortunately, the receptionist had not informed me about the change of address at the time of booking. As a result, I lost considerable time and energy and could not attend the appointment. I requested another appointment for the following day and reached the new clinic. I met Dr. Madhulika for barely two minutes, after which she informed me that she had to leave for registry formalities and asked me to return the next day. By then, two days had already been wasted without any treatment. On the third day, only an assessment was carried out and no treatment was started. My actual treatment finally began on the fourth day. This entire experience gave me the impression of a very casual and unprofessional approach towards patients. The fourth day was also problematic. There were celebrations taking place at the clinic, due to which I had to wait for around 10 minutes. Even during my session, the therapist was attending to and speaking with other patients, resulting in interruptions, gaps, and delays. The fifth day was comparatively better. However, on the sixth day, the therapist was attending to three patients simultaneously and was unable to give adequate attention to each patient. There were repeated gaps during my session, leading to further waiting and wastage of time. Eventually, the therapist informed me that he had to leave for another clinic where he regularly consults patients in the evening and therefore could not continue my session. Dr. Madhulika then came for hardly five minutes and told me that the session was over. I had spent approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes at the clinic, yet my therapy session was not properly completed. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Before going to the clinic the following day, I attempted to communicate my concerns to Dr. Madhulika over the phone. Unfortunately, I felt that she was not genuinely interested in listening to my grievance. Instead, she told me to attend one more session and, if I was still dissatisfied, I could leave the treatment. I found this response particularly disappointing because I had never said that I wanted to discontinue treatment. I was trying to communicate legitimate concerns and expected them to be understood and addressed. A more empathetic and patient-focused approach would have been to listen to the concerns, understand what had gone wrong, and make reasonable efforts to improve the treatment experience. While Dr. Madhulika comes across as polished and professional in her communication, my personal experience was that the actual patient care was superficial & lacked compassion, empathy, attention, and continuity. Over six days, I spent considerable time, money, and effort, but ultimately discontinued the treatment because I was not satisfied with the quality and manner in which the therapy was being delivered and health issues remained unsolved. I sincerely hope Physioverse takes such feedback seriously and improves its appointment coordination, patient communication, therapist availability, session management, and—most importantly—the empathy and individual attention provided to patients.
