I injured my knee and tore four ligaments in my knee (acl, pcl, mcl, meniscus). I rested for 4 weeks. My knee became stiff, my mobility was limited so I couldn't walk or perform any daily tasks without assistance. For rehabilitation physiotherapy I went to Dr Paras Jain. On the first day I already noticed an improvement in mobility and was able to bend my knee. After a few more weeks of physiotherapy, I started walking normally, and had overall more mobility. Thanks to Dr Paras and his extensive experience and excellent service I was able to easily recover with his daily guidance.
