Unhone bola tha ki 10-12 din mein sab theek ho jaayega… Lekin sirf 8 din baad meri condition aur zyada worsen ho gayi 😔 Aaj MRI karayi toh pata chala ki puri nerve compression last time se aur badh gaya hai — aur ab aur bhi complications hain. Bas ek baat sabko kehna chahta hoon 🙏 👉 Bina kisi orthopedic ya qualified neurological surgeon ke advice ke kabhi bhi physiotherapy start mat karo. Acha hua maine time par MRI karayi aur treatment band kar diya — warna damage aur badh sakta tha. Health ke mamle mein “wait and watch” nahi, proper medical opinion lena hi safe hai ❤️‍🩹.
