Good physiotherapy center and work is good
I visited her clinic for my mother's knee and back pain issues and we saw definite improvment after few sessions and her posture also got better with time. What I liked was the personal attention that she offered and how she explained the problems and exercises in simple terms so that we could replicate them at home as well.
I took TECAR Therapy for sports injury recovery and it helped reduce pain and stiffness quickly. Very advanced and effective treatment.
