आज से 1 माह पहले सर्वाइकल पेन का दर्द हुआ मुझे रातों में नींद नहीं आ रही थी असहनीय दर्द था डॉक्टर को संपर्क किया गया उन्होंने मेरा mri करवाया जिसमें कि मेरी सर्वाइकल के सभी लेवल c 1से लेकर c7 तक की सभी नसे दब रही थी जिसके कारण मेरे अंगूठे में सुन्नपन हो गया था राइट हैंड में ताकत कम हो गई थी और सीधा हाथ प्रॉपर काम नहीं कर पा रहा था डॉक्टर द्वारा मुझे सर्जरी करने का कहा गया फिर मेरे परिवार के सदस्य द्वारा मुझे मर्म फिजियोथैरेपी जाने की सलाह दी गई जहां डॉक्टर विशाल से संपर्क हुआ उनके द्वारा 5 दिन की दी गई फिजियोथेरेपी से ही मुझे बहुत आराम मिलने लगा था और 25 दिन के अंदर मैं पूरी तरीके से सही हो गया बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद डॉ विशाल मेरे अनुभव अनुसार इस प्रकार के दर्द होने पर डॉक्टर विशाल से संपर्क अवश्य करें

I had Knee osteoarthritis causing pain in both knee joints. Visited many orthopedic doctors but they all told me for knee replacement surgery bur I don't want surgery.
