मुझे L 5 L4 में दिक्कत थी जिसमे मेरी नस दबती थी और पैरो मे झुनझुनी आती थी। पैदल चलने में दिक्कत आती थी, हर 5min में रूक रुक कर चलना पड़ता था। डॉ साहब के ट्रीटमेंट से अब सब तकलीफ बंद हो गई अभी 15 min में 2 km के करीब चल लेता हु।
