I visited here for my cervical treatment. Dr. Mahima sen curated the whole treatment as per the requirements. She is experienced and knowledgeable. The treatment has given me a lot of relief in pain.
I was charged ₹200 as a consultation fee without being informed beforehand that the consultation would cost ₹200. Had I been informed about the charges in advance, I would have discussed the matter verbally before proceeding. I believe consultation fees should be clearly communicated to patients before charging them. This lack of transparency was disappointing and resulted in a poor experience.
