My name is Jagveer, my father was having fracture in his left arm near wrist the hand was damaged very badly. After cutting plaster my father not used his hand for too long and because of the same his full left hand was blocked and muscles were jammed he was not able to move his hand completely and whenever he try to move his arm he use to face extreme pain. i was so much worried with condition. I have visited to multiple doctors but there was no change in condition. But when he uses the medicines he get relief from pain but he was not able to use his hand completely. Due which he face issues while sleeping he cannot use hand to push himself while lifting his body nothing at all. Now my father is able to use his arm in his regular work driving lifts water bottles opens on his own. but there strict instruction not lift any heavy objects for 3-4 months. Very happy with the results. My father always tells me that she is very hard working doctor even though her therapy was for 30 min but if the exercises not complete she will extend for 45 min till it get complete. I am Vinay Apte, 70yo. I was suffering from Right Knee pain. So much so that I was unable to walk even 10 steps. I consulted Orthopaedic doctor. Who advised me medicines and physiotherapist. After examining me she suggested 30 days treatment consisting of TENS and SWD machines along with exercises.
