मेरा 22 august 2024 को acl reconstruction or मेनिस्कस बैलेंसिंग surgery hui thi , surgery के 45 दिन बाद मेरे को dr saab ने knee brass support nikal diya था दिनांक 8/10/2024 को मेरा घुटना लगभग 80degree तक बैंड hota था उसके बाद मैने घुटने को बेंड करने की कोशीश की बहुत pain होता था fir मेने national फिसयोथेरेपी जॉइन की आशुतोष sir ne लगभाग 7 दिनों में मेरा घुटना 135 डिग्री तक बेंड करा diya व exercise से मेरे घुटने में पैन भी कम हो गया है अब में आसानी से walk karta hu । सिर्फ12 सेशन्स में ही मुझे बहुत recovery ho गई है thnx आशुतोष sir or उनकी टीम को । in my experince national phisiotherepy centre best for after surgery recovery ।

मेरा नाम लक्ष्मी नारायण गोड है मुझे दिनांक 23 अक्टूबर 2024 को पैरालिसिस का अटैक आया था जिस कारण से मेरी लेफ्ट साइड की बॉडी ने काम करना बंद कर दिया उसके बाद दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2024 से डॉ आशुतोष पांडे सर के वहां फिजियोथैरेपी ट्रीटमेंट चालू करवाया और आज दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2025 को मैं अब लगभग पूरी तरीके से स्वस्थ हूं मेरे हाथ एवं पेर से मैं काम कर पा रहा हूं और आज की तारीख में मैं अपना सारा काम कर लेता हूं और बाइक भी चला लेता हूं सर की मदद से मेरी रिकवरी आ गई और मैं सर का बहुत-बहुत आभारी हूं।

Mera ACL surgery hua tha aur aaj mera last physio session tha Dr. Aashutosh Pandey (PT) ke sath. Recovery ab complete ho chuki hai. Sir ne har step pe guide kiya aur sports drills ki wajah se ab main dobara football khelne laga hu. Starting me lagta tha shayad itna jaldi ground pe wapas nahi aa paunga, but sir ke proper training aur motivation se confidence wapas aaya.
