best physiotherapy place in town!! Came here because of a stiff shoulder which had halted my recovery and workouts but now i'm pain-free. Dr Khushboo really guided me so well throughout and suggested workouts to keep the stiffness away in the long run. Dr Mohit is also very knowledgeable and helped effectively. Highly recommended

I visited Physio center for my very stiff shoulder. On my first day I met Dr. Mohit. He seemed very experienced and qualified, and his degrees suggested he had solid knowledge in this area. He suggested I would need a 5-6 day session, around 5 days, and said the issue would be sorted out by then. I did all the exercises he recommended. For 5 days I went in for roughly 30 to 45-minutes sessions where I was given therapy on multiple machines along with some exercises. His staff was quite cooperative. Overall, a lot of people come there for treatment. I also did the exercises he told me to do at home. The atmosphere was good and it felt like I had come to a good place. But unfortunately my own experience wasn’t good because even after taking the 5-day sessions I didn’t get relief from my pain. I might have gotten a little relief, but it wasn’t fully gone. After the 5 days I didn’t feel even a 10-15% difference, so I didn’t think it was worth going back. It may be good for other people, but for me it wasn’t particularly beneficial.
