I would like to thank Flexifit, whose therapy has helped me to bend my leg completely within 2 months. When I came for the therapy 2 months ago, my leg could not bend more than 70-80 degrees, but today it can bend completely up to 150 degrees. Always my go to clinic for any kind of pain be it neck back shoulder or legs.When painkillers fail to help me sometimes Dr.Karuna’s magical hands come to my rescue. I have visited Flexifit ample of times in distress and have always stepped out healed with a few or even a single session. What I love the most about them is that they have a very holistic approach,because each nerve in the body is interconnected,infact I understood this better here. They also have ample of facilities under same roof depending on the patients concerns - physiotherapy,osteopathy,Chiropractic and rehab therapy etc. I recently went it with a very severe pain in my left leg,radiating throughout my left side,from shoulder to feet…Karuna Ma’am’s consultation and her magical (genuinely) hands helped me ease down in a single session.I am immensely grateful to have come accross them.I highly recommend this place.The staff is also very courteous and knowledgeable.They will guide you equally well.

A fellow yogi friend from Germany recommended this clinic to me. He has similar back issue as me with a bulging L5 spinal disc and pain. He got great results. So I was in considerable pain and gave Flexifit a try. Literally during the 1st session I felt relied. Dr. Karuna & her husband Dr. Mohit are fantastic. They are passionate about what they offer. I had backache and neck pain when I visited the doctor. He recognised the root cause and gave proper exercises and treatment. With 2 days of sessions I am feeling much better and I have a plan for not to get these pain back. I would recommend flexifit for anyone who is going through muscle pain.
