Tore a shoulder muscle working out. Got checked up and to my surprise, they only recommended 5 sessions. Honestly, the pain and restricted movement made me think it'd be longer, but from day one, I felt way better, less pain, and my muscles loosened up. The staff is super helpful and supportive, really careful with all the treatments and machines. Heading home with a fixed shoulder and some exercises.

I came while I was on bed unable to move coz of L5 S1 creating pain in right leg. After 4 days of treatment I was walking and after 10 days am perfectly all fine. All thanks to the team of Dr. MOHIT flexi fit and the team Dr. Shailly, Dr. Ritika, Dr. Pranjal and Dr. Anmol.
