Service was equally disappointing. Despite the restaurant being only half-full, our server took ages to acknowledge us and even longer to deliver our orders. We have been to Shree Leela Sarwate and Sapna Sangeeta several times, but we went today at their Vijay nagar restaurant for lunch for the first time. The first & foremost we had to change our place 3 times due to their AC's were off and it was very humid and suffocated atmosphere and ambience was quite dull. Then No body came to take order for long time and the moment we were about stand up to leave the place and suddenly someone came to take the order. So it was quite a very poor service. We ordered Daal fry, but they served a Daal which was worst daal we have ever tasted, it was very liquid & kind of like sasti Daal Bafle wali daal but wo bhi taste me isse bahut acci hoti hai. So we called the waiter & server both together and asked them which daal is it and the waiter says Daal Fry while the server says Daal Tadka, when further asked are both the same or different? The waiter says it's same while the server says it's different. So again poor service management between the two. Unfortunately we had to return this bakwaas daal and ordered their famous Shree Leela Special which was our favorite till today, but not anymore. Wo bhi itna ghatiya banaya ki uska naam Shree Leela Worst hona chaiye tha.. Pura meetha, Full of Oil, Paneer ke alawa kounsi vegies hai kuch samajh nahi aa rahi thi.. aur taste was the next level bakwaas again. Aur haan the dish was full of Artificial food color aur wo bhi itna jyada tha ki khana ke baad nails & fingers orange ho gayi.. aur nimbu ki shakti se hand wash karne ke baad bhi hath se color nahi gaya, so at the time billing I showed hands to the waiter & said ki kitna sara unnecessary food color dalte ho, jarurat hi kya hai iski. Aur Jeera Rice was over loaded with Jeera. The rice was not basmati rice at all and it was not cooked well & very hard to chew. So with all this, one thing is clear ki inka yahan ka cooking staff accha nahi hai. So aaj ka paisa Shree Leela Vijay nagar pe waste hi gaya.. coz it was not worthy according to the Food quality, Service and Atmosphere. Aur Aaj ke baad apna to Shree Leela jana band! I suggest better iske pass wale famous restaurant me jana ya fir basement wale restaurant me jana better hai. PS: I have never posted a bad comment for anyone, but sorry aaj ke inke worst experience ne majboor kar diya!
