Air-conditioning either doesn’t work or is inadequate as it’s extremely stuffy. The manager on the desk is an exceptionally rude and unprofessional individual, upon being asked questions for a group booking he told me that’s he’s busy and asked me to transfer him a deposit amount. Today i vist this place with my friends and we butter milk coffee cheez cigar roll. Before this visit we do some previous vist too in starting when this place gets open But the Huge change we noticed in food quality service & staff behaviour day by day everything getting more worst They don't make single tea Butter milk is equal to lassi very thick we request to do rai tadka in butter milk they just put tadka on thick type of taste less lassi type of consistency. Before this visit we had dinner at this place its also not good in taste. This was my last visit now for futi never visit again & not advice anyone to vist such place whear everything needs lots of improvement Not up to the mark. The staff does not have any knowledge of the menu and additionally, they provided a bad drink, which I requested to return. Any good food joint will be more than open to exchanging 1 drink quite easily. It wasn’t because it was not nice - it was because it tasted slightly stale. I believe the success of any such place is customer success and they incredibly failed. To their benefit, the food was actually good - I wish they gave better service. Would not visit again ! Mocktails are disappointing here. Food is okay but don't try mocktails else you will spoil your experience and taste. They just use artificial crush and mix with soda and serve in takeaway glasses even if you have gone for dine in. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
