Golu and Deepak were available for service and their service was very good. They were humble, prompt and made us comfortable. I would give 5 stars 🌟 for their service. Both veg and nonveg options were available and food was good as per the reputation of the restaurant food chain. 🌟 Desserts options were innumerable and delicious. 😋 There were both indian and non Indian delicacies (20+) present in the options. Recently visited here for a lunch buffet, nice and cozy place. Food is good with lot of verities. Chicken starter is specially good and you can also find here one of the largest verities of salad. Desserts selection is also appreciated. Staff is polite and behaved but service is slow and they need to fasten up a bit. Overall good place for a buffet.

Ambience and service is excellent. Dinner buffet is good, however I feel they can increase Non Veg starter varieties. That said both NVeg/Veg starter are thoroughly enjoyable. I visited the creative kitchen for a Buffet for 2, I prebooked the buffet on Zomato first and then visited there, Food was good as expected from a 5 star hotel like Radisson, some might find less options for food but It was sufficient for me, had 2 starters for non veg,2 curries(non-veg) ,2 salads(non veg), chicken biryani, chicken soup, different types of pickles, and other many options for veg as well( I haven't checked them), a whole lot of varieties of desserts + A ice cream counter( 3 flavours). Total Bill generated:₹3097 , I paid ₹2013 ( via Zomato as flat 35% pre booked offer). It was a good experience overall, I'll suggest others as well if you're thinking about a outing with your friends who are having good appetite. Very nice buffet with amazing variety of main course and starters. But the service is very very poor... Detect nearly 15 to 20 minutes to arrange starters. Waiters are rude. Food was nice until it came to deserts.... Delaware so many varieties of deserts but very few of them were good enough to eat.

While the ambiance at Creative Kitchen is top-notch as expected from a restaurant inside the Radisson, the food and service were a major disappointment. Many dishes were incredibly bland, tasting as if no salt or pepper had been used at all. The evening was further ruined by the service; a waiter actually argued with us about serving something that never even arrived at our table. This was a first for me at an unlimited buffet and was completely unprofessional. Writing Not the Radisson Experience I Remember I visited Radisson Indore with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was nowhere close to what I remembered from the past. The property itself is beginning to show its age, and the overall maintenance needs attention. For a hotel positioned in the premium category, I expected a much fresher and better-maintained environment. Coming to the buffet, the variety was quite disappointing. There were barely three starters, followed by a very basic main course. Seeing dishes like chawli sabzi at this price point was unexpected, and the bhindi was so dry and overcooked that it was difficult to enjoy. Overall, the menu lacked the variety and quality one would expect from Radisson. The service was equally underwhelming. Even something as basic as getting fresh chapatis took 10–15 minutes, which made the dining experience frustrating. For approximately ₹2,000 per person, there are plenty of places in Indore where you can enjoy a far better meal with more variety, better taste, quicker service, and a more premium atmosphere. Radisson Indore seems to be relying more on its established name than the experience it currently delivers. As the saying goes, “Big name, but the experience falls short.” For me, it was neither value for money nor an experience I would want to repeat. The ambiance at The Creative Kitchen, Radisson Blu is good. The vibe is classy and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, the food and beverage experience was disappointing. The cocktails were a mixed bag — the Mojito was decent, but the pina Colada and Guava Spice was not good at all. The biggest issue was finding an insect inside the Pina Colada that looked like pineapple peel. That was really off-putting. The buffet also had very few options compared to other 5-star hotels. No fruits were available, not even seasonal ones. The desserts were just average, and there were very limited non-veg options.
