As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a big smile from Dipali on reception and she was extremely helpful. Once checked in and shown our wonderful room we relaxed with a fantastic cup of masala tea and traditional complimentary biscuits.. in the evening we were looked after by Mustafa a extremely friendly and very helpful individual in the bar area and in the dining lounge and to top it all our needs were fulfilled by Golu the food and Bev manager.. The hospitality and choice of food is second to none. We would recommend this hotel to all just for the wonderful experience in Indore… I will surely be talking about this experience on my radio show on Nusound radio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Booked a table for my mom's birthday in July 2021. - Great ambiance, quality food and very helpful employees. - Table reservation was a breeze. I was helped by Mr Mohit who was very professional and accommodating. - The entire staff is really helpful and are happy to go the extra mile to make your visit special. - Great selection of food. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Radisson Blu Creative Kitchen in Indore. From the initial struggle to book a seat due to unanswered calls, to the lackluster ambiance with hardly any occupied tables, it was far from impressive. Upon finally securing a table, I was dismayed by the small size that couldn't comfortably accommodate four people. The buffet experience was further marred by cold, bland non-veg starters and tasteless veg options. Despite requesting hot servings, the staff seemed indifferent and merely reheated the dishes without improving the taste. The main course and desserts were no exception, lacking the expected quality of a 5-star restaurant. The absence of cutlery and bowls for dessert added to the frustration, requiring us to repeatedly ask for basic amenities. To top it off, the staff displayed a rushed attitude, closing the restaurant promptly at 11 PM and urging us to finish our meal quickly, even though we were still eating at 11:15 PM. This hasty closure gave the impression of a local cafe rather than a hotel restaurant. Despite numerous other disappointing instances, I won't delve into them to save time. In the end, I paid over 7k for a subpar experience, leaving a sour note on what was supposed to be a special birthday night. Thank you, Radisson Blu Creative Kitchen, for turning my birthday celebration into a regrettable experience. I'll ensure that neither I nor my friends and family opt for your services in the future. Overall Good experience. Food was tasty if you like continental tasting food. Will be disappointing for people who crave spicy indian food. The dessert section could have more variety as there were like 12 desserts out of which 9 were different flavoured cakes. Other than that no complaints. Very courteous and polite staff.

My both experiences with this restaurant is veyr bad how can i describe The food was extremely bland and lacked flavor. The service was disappointing as well. This was my second time visiting, and just like the first time, the food and service did not meet expectations. Despite calling ahead and being promised certain items, they were not available. The quality did not justify the high price. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.
