Extremely Disappointing Food & Service The food and service were extremely disappointing. I never expected this kind of experience from a hotel like Radisson. The service was very slow—chapati and other items were being served after a wait of around 10–15 minutes. The taste of the food was also very poor. Honestly, I have never had such disappointing food at a hotel of this standard. The buffet had very limited options, with only around 3 starters. Even the main course selection was disappointing. There was chawli/chawla sabzi, which felt like a very unusual choice for a premium hotel buffet. The bhindi was completely dry and overcooked, and overall, none of the dishes were enjoyable. When you are paying around ₹2,000 per person, you naturally expect good variety, taste, quality, and service—especially from a brand like Radisson. Indore has many excellent dining options available at this price point that offer far better food, variety, and overall experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this buffet to anyone. It was absolutely not worth the price. Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Noise level Loud, but you can still talk Wait time Up to 10 min

Big Name, Disappointing Experience — Radisson Is Not What It Used to Be Radisson simply doesn’t feel the same anymore. Considering the reputation and brand name, I expected a premium experience, but unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. A big name, but the experience doesn’t live up to it. The hotel building now feels quite old, and the maintenance and overall upkeep are not up to the standard you would expect from a brand like Radisson. The premium feel that the hotel once had seems to be missing. The biggest disappointment was the food and service. The buffet had very limited options, with only around three starters. The main course selection was equally disappointing. Serving chawli (black-eyed peas) sabzi in a premium buffet felt like a very ordinary choice, especially at a Radisson. The bhindi was extremely dry and overcooked, and overall, the food lacked both taste and quality. The service was also surprisingly slow. We had to wait around 10–15 minutes even for chapatis and other basic items. This kind of service is simply not expected at a premium hotel. When you are paying around ₹2,000 per person, you expect excellent food, good variety, prompt service, and a premium ambience. Indore has many excellent dining options in this price range that offer a far better overall experience and value for money. Unfortunately, this visit was not worth the price at all. Radisson may still have a big brand name, but based on my experience, the quality, food, service, and maintenance seriously need improvement. I would not recommend this buffet. Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Noise level Loud, but you can still talk Wait time 10-30 min

Radisson Indore – No Longer the Experience It Once Was My recent visit to Radisson Indore was quite disappointing. The hotel seems to have lost the charm and premium feel it once had. The property now feels dated, and the maintenance could definitely be better for a hotel carrying the Radisson name. The buffet was the biggest letdown. The selection was surprisingly limited, with only a few starters and a very ordinary main course. Dishes like chawli sabzi felt out of place in a ₹2,000-per-person buffet, while the bhindi was dry and overcooked. Unfortunately, nothing on the menu stood out in terms of taste or presentation. Service made the experience even worse. Basic items such as chapatis took around 10–15 minutes to arrive, which is difficult to justify at a hotel of this category. At this price point, Indore has several restaurants and hotels offering much better food, variety, ambience, and hospitality. Radisson is a well-known name, but this experience did not match its reputation — truly a case of “big name, small experience.” Definitely not worth ₹2,000 per person, and I wouldn’t recommend the buffet based on my experience. Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Noise level Loud, but you can still talk Wait time 10-30 min
