I went for my birthday there. Ambience was great, food was delicious. We ordered 5-6 dishes and quantity was sufficient for 6 people. Had a quick and quiet lunch on my road trip as the exterior appearance of the restaurant was inviting. Food ordered: Dal Khichdi and Paneer Tikka (Some special variety there I don’t remember the name correctly) Food was 4/5 - Great taste but on the spicier side for my taste buds Rest ambience and servitude of the staff was top notch. Do not visit if you want peace! Completely ruined our evening. If you are looking for a peaceful dinner where you can actually hold a conversation, stay far away from Trijal Restaurant. We visited recently hoping for a relaxing night out, but the volume of the music was completely unbearable.A restaurant should feature light, soothing background music to create a pleasant dining atmosphere. Instead, this place felt like a loud concert venue. The live music, in particular, was the absolute worst—it was incredibly loud, invasive, and gave us a massive headache. We literally had to scream over our table just to hear each other talk.Management seriously needs to learn how to control their audio levels. If you want a quiet, comfortable meal, save your money and go somewhere else. I will definitely not be returning. NOT RECOMMENDED…. Overall, it was not a very good experience. I usually eat Jain food, and the taste was not up to the mark. For such a big restaurant, it was surprising that they do not even have Jain Schezwan sauce, which is very basic and easily available — even brands like Ching’s provide it. I would suggest that if you offer Jain options, then they should be prepared properly with good taste. It is not always easy for Jain people to eat outside, so when we do, we expect at least basic quality and accuracy in Jain food. There are many restaurants that serve Jain food with great taste. If you cannot provide proper Jain dishes, it would be better to clearly say so, or just offer a simple Jain main course instead of serving something that does not meet expectations. We decided to explore a new restaurant, Trijal, on the Bypass Road. My wife and I ordered Cigar Rolls as a starter, but they were a bit too oily. For the main course, we had Paneer Lababdar, which was delicious and the highlight of our meal. The tawa rotis were decent. The atmosphere was awesome and made the dining experience pleasant. The service was quite quick. The taste was good, but there's still some room for improvement.We dined in and booked through Zomato, which gave us a great discount, making the meal quite affordable and a good value for money. Our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing and, in our opinion, it is overhyped. We had reserved a table through the Dineout app, but despite having a confirmed booking, we had to wait nearly 35 minutes past our reservation time before being seated. The food also did not meet our expectations. The cigar rolls were undercooked, and the pink sauce pasta was overly sweet and lacked balance in flavor. Overall, the service and food quality did not justify the hype, and the experience was not satisfactory.
