All the food at Samundar Rajpoot is absolutely delicious, but the Jodhpuri paratha truly stands out. The flavors are rich and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine. On top of that, the service is top-notch! I recently visited Trijal, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambience of the place immediately sets the tone—dim lighting, soft music, and tasteful decor that creates a cozy yet chic atmosphere. It's perfect for both a casual meal with friends or a more intimate dinner. Now, onto the food—each dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, showing the care and attention that went into each plate. I highly recommend the desert Lasooni Kheer—it was the highlight of the evening, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The presentation was top-notch too, with each dish looking almost too beautiful to eat (but of course, I did!). The service was exceptional, with the staff specially Samundar Rajput(captain) being friendly and attentive without being overbearing. All in all, the combination of delicious food and a relaxing, welcoming environment made for an unforgettable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
