Very bad experience They are confirmed booking for 15 member But going to counter they are saying waiting 1 hour

Fantastic food and ambience. We had full course meal. All options were very nicely balanced. Service was top notch! It’s worst place. One day before they confirm we can have lunch in open space and can spend couple of hours as we are 5-10 member group. Later on they denied to provide service in open area and asked to host lunch in common party hall on chargeable basis. It is very disappointing to invite the guest at venue and not able to host properly. Along with that they decline the Swiggy ore-booking. Behaviour of staff is very bad and totally it’s vey bad experience.
