We started with the appetizers and soups, which were flavorful and perfectly balanced. For our main courses, we opted for paneer lababdar,dal tadka and the scrumptious chilli garlic naans. The green thai curry with burnt garlic rice was cooked to perfection, the pasta was fresh and creamy,all the vegetarian options were surprisingly inventive. All of the dishes were beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. Special thanks to Kusum and Bhumika Singh for being attentive towards guests demands and taste. When you go to a high end resturant we exiect certain things, which trijal certainly fell short. 1. The lady at the reception received us but had no idea how to guide us to a table which was reserved for us. Usually people at reception have a walkie to talk and coordinate. 2. The person taking orders was not knowing about the food options. On asking asking whether the biriyani is Dum cooked, he said yes it will come in a kadhai. 3. Servers were not prompt in clearing the used plates. 4. The soups were served without the soup cutlery. 5. The wet napkins offered after the food were also of a very poor and cheap quality and were cold. 6. The whole restaurant was not well kept and the random stuff like cutlery boxes, water bottles etc were lying here and there and the glass cabins had major stains on them. 7. The bills were not accompanied with saunf which were later given on asking. Location and parking options were good, but people don't come to the restuarant to enjoy the parking alone..
