Recently visited one of the popular restaurants of this area. Heard lot about this place. Once you enter the place it has decent cozy ambiance with some amazing wall painting. Once you order the food you starts getting disappointed that why the hell on earth you selected this place. We have ordered soup, starters and main course, and only thing we liked is soup. Main course was average even their Alav special wasn't that good. Service was really good with such a courteous staff. I guess it takes no time to serve stale or uncooked food. So if you want good food don't go with popularity of this place you might get disappointed.

Restaurant The taste of the food of this restaurant is so good and tasty. Presentation of food is also very good and attractive. You may find little different & unique items on the menu be it starters, main course or desert. Even the starters and main course are served which keeps its hotness and taste alive. The ambience of this restaurant is so good. The customer service of this restaurant is also good. This place has ac sitting which provides a great atmosphere. The place is quite beautifully constructed and managed. The value of money is there in this restaurant because they are providing a great quality of food at low prices as compared to others. So overall its a great restaurant from all aspects. So that I prefer to it. I Went to restaurant just to experience new food .So I tried a lot of new dishes, which were very tasty and exotic.The main thing about restaurant is its pricing on foods, it is decently priced and the food is pretty good.This new place is a treat for all its new customers. All time favourite place for lunch dinner. Not too high Five, simple and decent place all over the restaurant. Honey chilli potato amazing taste. I ordered twice at time. Every time I feel like home food. My family also liked food. Location is in center, easily anyone can reach. Always promise for serving you with the best taste and quality for the coming. Whatever we were ordering they were saying that they don't have this dish now. It happened with at least 6-7 dishes then I had to go with whatever they served. Literally I had to ask them to bring what they can serve. Dal and rice were outstanding though. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

They deserve the name ALAV because of the warmth of the food. The food is fresh like they have prepare it just for you, masala papad is soo good,crispy. paneer pahadi is my favorite, the exotic flavors is just mind blowing. main course is also good a perfect place for your family and friends. Nice ambiance. JUST LOVE IT.

Teste was good but waiting time was so much long. Around 1 hour 30min waiting for table. So if you want to eat there first reserved your table. Or also little bit costly one roti was 22rs. Also its a famliy or Friends restaurant Not good for first date or Couple dinner. Because there's 10table only. Otherwise good for dinner.

Bahut disappointing experience raha. Khane ki quality average thi aur taste bhi expected level ka nahi tha. Service kaafi slow thi, staff response bhi achha nahi tha. Do visit here for tasty vegetarian food. Located on main road. Parking for few cars is available. Ambience is good. Food is tasty. Lot of options are available. For many items, they do provide half plate - reduces food waste. Better nit to order too many items as qty are large and you might end up in wasting the food. We first visited this restaurant during our trip to Ujjain after one of my cousins recommended it, and we loved the food so much that this time we came all the way to Indore mainly to eat here again. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing because of the service. When we were seated, only around 20% of the restaurant was occupied, yet the service was extremely slow. We had already ordered naan along with our meal, but after the first serving, I had to wait almost 8–10 minutes for additional naan. Even buttermilk, which doesn’t require much preparation, took around 10 minutes to arrive. What made it more frustrating was that whenever we tried to call a waiter for assistance, instead of attending to us, they would simply walk away in another direction as if they were avoiding us. It felt very unprofessional. We spent time driving through city traffic just to come here because of our previous good experience, and then ended up waiting endlessly at the table. The food taste is still good, but the service was pathetic and seriously needs improvement. Bahut hi nirashajanak anubhav raha. Humne "Cheese Ball" order kiya tha, lekin usme naam ke hisab se cheese lagbhag tha hi nahi. Jab is baat ki shikayat ki aur refund ya replacement ki baat ki, to staff aur management ne koi sahayata nahi ki. Ulta staff side me khade hokar has raha tha, jo customer ke prati bilkul bhi professional vyavahar nahi hai. Customer ki baat ko sunna aur samasya ka samadhan karna kisi bhi restaurant ki zimmedari hoti hai, lekin yahan aisa kuch nahi dikha. Khane ki quality aur customer service dono hi nirashajanak rahe. Is anubhav ke baad main is restaurant ki sifarish nahi karunga.
