Sonu is especially good at selling these commitments. Once the payment is done, the experience completely changes. The promised work is not delivered at all, or is delayed endlessly. Simple tasks like creating listing images, which were committed in 2–3 days, were not completed even after a month. If you ask to speak to Sonu after onboarding, he is always unavailable. Either he is on leave, attending seminars, or out of station. The manager and the rest of the team have very limited knowledge and are unable to provide clear answers or solutions. There is no accountability, no proper communication, and no ownership of commitments made during the sales pitch. You end up wasting time, energy, and hard-earned money while continuously following up with no real outcome. I strongly advise others to be very cautious and not fall into this trap. Do not rely on verbal promises or polished pitches. Based on my experience, this agency should be avoided if you value your business and your money.

For the first time I am happy that someone prove me wrong, As I enquired them about the amazon and flipkart so they called me and onboarded me for amazon for 20000 and they said we will start flipkart and will take charges after 10 day as I will be satisfied with the service first so I thought what will they do in 10 day as other agencies take 4 months but the cant scale up the sale. I had a very disappointing experience with AdsPerClick. At the time of enrollment, they made big promises about increasing sales, improving rankings with A+ Content and listings, providing weekly review meetings, and assigning a dedicated team. Unfortunately, most of these commitments were not fulfilled. I spent over ₹10,000 on ads in the first month, but the revenue was even lower than the ad spend. Weekly meetings never happened, listing creation took around 25 days, and there were several basic mistakes in the listings despite repeated corrections. The only thing they were prompt about was collecting payments and asking for package renewals. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend AdsPerClick. Please verify all promises in writing before investing your money.

Sonu, in particular, is very persuasive during the sales pitch. Once the payment is made, the reality is completely different. As a seller, we repeatedly advised them that if their team was taking time to create listing images, at least someone should work on ads or optimize existing ad campaigns. No one did anything. There was absolutely zero effort from their team to improve the account. Tasks that were promised within 2–3 days were not delivered even after more than a month. Even basic work like listing image creation was not completed. There were no timelines, no progress updates, and no ownership. After on boarding, Sonu becomes unreachable. Every time we asked to speak to him, he was either on leave, attending seminars, or out of station. Udit also kept giving false assurances without any action. The managers appear confused and lack even basic knowledge of Amazon seller operations. They cannot answer simple questions or provide solutions. There is no accountability, poor communication, and complete failure to deliver on promises made during the sales pitch. As a client, you end up wasting time, energy, and hard-earned money while continuously following up with no real outcome. Strong warning to other sellers: Do not fall for polished sales talks or verbal commitments. If you value your business, your time, and your money, avoid this agency.
