Not clean, ac is not working properly, they are letting other passengers to sleep on the floor. I paid full price for AC bus from Sagar to Indore. Bus was delayed by 65 mins. I don't want to recommend this bus service to anyone. If you want to save your money book with anyone else but not with Jai Mata Di travels.
Worse experience ever. Paid 1550 per two seats but got service of worth of 500. Traveler just converted the local bus into sleeper coach. They don't even have fan inside the cabin. Don't travel with this travelers.
One of the worst travel experiences—no punctuality, and the boarding time was changed at the last moment.
Ford scam not provided good service Lootere hai mere se 2400 liya slippers ka or muze clau mai bithaya indor to Mumbai scam hai chutya batane hai eske pass mat jaana
Very poor quality sleeper Even in winter ac are on full mode Not hygienic compartment some have 2 glass window and some has one it's fill uncomfortable to travel. If you're 5'9 or 6 do not booked this bus compartment a smoller.
Very bad service. Reaching time is 9:00AM and we arrived at 2:10PM.
Unfortunately, my experience with Jai Mata Di Travel was not good. The bus cleanliness was poor, pickup and drop were delayed, and the windows were not in proper condition. The journey was uncomfortable. Improvement is needed
