इंदौर से मंडला बस में सीट नंबर 9 पर पर्दे नही हे रात भर सो कर केसे जायेगे बस कर्मचारी को बोलने पर भी कुछ नहीं किया गेट खोल कर सिगरेट बीड़ी पी रहे हे क्या और कमी रखोगे आपकी बस में ओढ़ने को एक चादर भी नही है 50 100 किराया और ले लो सर्विस तो दे दो ठीक से
बहुत ही बकवास बस हे.. ड्राईवर बहुत रफ तरीके से बस चलाते हे...आज में जिस बस में था उसका आगे का कांच फूट गया फिर भी ड्राइवर बस तेज चला रहा था.. सवारी के कहने के बाद भी उसने बस धीमे नही किया ..और कंबल भी इंदौर से 70 km चलने के बाद दिया वह भी ऑनलाइन टिकट वालो को.. । मेरी राय में इस बस में कभी सफर नही करे। 1 स्टार भी इसलिए दिया हे की जिंदा पहुंच गए..।

Very bad services, I booked AC ticket to sagar and they sent me in Non AC bus and did not provide any blanket in the bus. I tried to call them in office but staff did not help me and did not pick up my phone when I called them again. Don't advice anyone to travel through this.
