MakeMyTrip Holidays Store - RNT Marg

I would like to thank Mr. Harsh Verma and Mr. Mihir for perfectly organising my Kerela trip. The trip was beyond my expectation. Wonderful experience with MakeMyTrip team. Would honestly recommend everyone to experience their service once.

I had booked a land package to Dubai for 5 days and 6 nights. I was traveling with my parents, and since it was their first international trip, I wanted everything to be perfect—and it truly was! Right from the beginning, everything was well-organized, and Ms. Shilpa assisted us throughout the trip. Interestingly, a day before our departure, there was some confusion on MMT’s end, and they sent a driver to pick us up a day early! However, Ms. Shilpa promptly resolved the issue when I couldn’t get in touch with the relationship officer assigned by MMT. The visa process was also smooth. We received our visas in just three days (although it took MMT some time to update the status on their website). I would highly recommend a trip to Dubai with this team. They went the extra mile beyond MMT’s services, ensuring everything was taken care of—which is exactly what you need on a holiday. P.S. We opted for private transfers, and boy, was it worth the money! Cheers! 🎉
