Very bad experience with dharmshala Dalhousie tour from 20 to 25 May from Indore. The travelers agent based at Indore MP Mr Harsh Verma was very rude and did not pick the phone after payment of first installment. Before payment, the staff were so humblebbut changed the behaviour suddenly when money was deposited. The another official of MMT based at 5 RNT Marg named Ms Shilpa Udawat assured us for visit of Rock garden at Chandigarh ,but denied after first payment of Rs 70,000/-. We were told that our hotels would be located in the city at dharmshala and Dalhousie but it was 7 km away in Dharmshala and 8 km in Dalhousie market. In Dalhousie the location was in Jungle where we could not sleep due to noice of wild animals whole night. The driver mr. Rakesh kumar, threatened us in middle of journey to call another driver when we asked him to start AC. He told that pahado par AC nahi chalate.however the temp was too high outside. In toto, we have lost the faith in MMT due to staff at MMT RNT marg Indore. It was our 5th and perhaps last booking with MMT. Our connecting flight from Amritsar to Delhi and Delhi to Indore (Vistaar)was such planned that we had to literally run to catch the flight for Indore at Delhi Airport . Suggestions:the staff of RNT road Indore should be changed immediately.

I had a great experience with MMT Indore especially Shilpa Udawat, who planned the trip and was in touch with me. She was sincere and helpful. I was very happy with the interactions. Thank you.

I have planned my thailand trip from make my trip indore RNT in January . It was perfectly planned by Miss Shilpa udawat. A great thank to her because she made my trip so memorable and she was continuously in contact with us throughout the tour, soon will plan our next trip with them. Planned a few trips with MMT and have had great experience. They understand customers requirements well. Harsh, Shilpa and Pratham you are doing a great job. Look forward to more trips with the team.

20 to 25 may 2023 tour of dharmshala dalhousie waa booked by me by mmt RNT marg by Rs 74000/- of two person by person harsh verma & Shilpa udawat ... It was my worst experience with mmt. They not full fill there commitment.. Like they assure include site visit of rock garden at chandigarh but after full payment they denied and demand extra 3000/- for rock garden visit & rude behavior by both. And vehicle driver is also very bad behavior and always denied for local site seen of even 2-3 km and we also paid Extra 1000/- for on way site of jwala devi and driver intensely drive vehicle very slow in speed of 30km/hr when we travel for dalhousie from dharmshala without AC. Overall very very bad experience with MMT

This company is a scam they do not deliver what they promises, their representatives are sitting to fool the people. My friend & I booked a trip to Europe with MMT worth Rs. 4,40,586. Customer representative Pratham & Harsh convinced us to purchase a visa protection plan additionally worth Rs.10,000 for both of us, in case if any our member's visa got refused that person will be eligible for the full refund of the paid amount. So now after adding visa protection plan our revised tour cost us Rs.4,50,586, we have paid the first installment of Rs.99,354 on 20th July 2023. We both applied for visa & my visa got rejected but my friend's visa got approved, as per the visa protection plan they are bound to refund the full amount of one member but now they are refusing to refund the amount also they are now increasing the cost of package if only my friend is willing to travel solo with the same package which is nowhere mentioned in terms n conditions. So We told them to cancel our booking but now the are changing us Rs.82,000 as cancellation charges (which should be Rs.45,000 after purchasing visa protection plan). We are escalating this issue since 10 days & none of members of team are responding us properly including high management or giving ous any solution. Also Harsh & Pratham are not responding to our calls, messages or emails properly.

Had a great experience on my recent international trip with Makemytrip. The support and guidance provided by them was quite helpful, especially by Miss shilpa who was quite proactive and helpful throughout the entire process. She patiently listened to all my queries and made sure there were no hiccups in entire process

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😠😠😠😠😠😠 This is to highlight that this company is fraud. My family member booked Europe tour with them, but because of there fraud bookings & tickets visa got rejected. We opted for Visa protection plan for which they charged extra 5K each, but as one of our member's visa didn't got approved for the reason I mentioned above, their policy is such a fraud that you cannot cancel the other person's booking, it is mandatory to go then only they will refund (Also they are not telling how much is the refund amount accordingly to the policy) & they are now revising the booking charges & asking for extra money to give refund of another person. Visa protection plan did not make any sense & their is big scam going on with this company. As mentioned in other reviews Harsh & other staff is not helping & doesn't bother to answer calls after first installment was given. I will be headings for legal action against this company.

It was amazing trip to Dubai by MMT. Nice arrange....stay, commutation etc. Well guided by Shilpa...right from ticket booking, itinerary etc. to till end of the trip. She is very cooperative and polite. Great ! MMT Keep it up
