Took a trip from Indore to Udaipur and got great service from Prince Travelers. Will recommend and definitely take the service again.

We had booked 10 days trip with prince travels from Indore to Gwalior through an Agent. Driver Golu, apart from being late everyday to pick up, doesn't know any useful information about places to visit in MP. He only drives but doesn't guide us on whether we require to hire a guide in certain places, what's the best time to reach a place, what's special to look for or purchase, is it necessary to hire an auto to reach a place, nothing did he know.

Our family , from Karnataka, is on Indore to Gwalior trip. We booked customized trip from our travel Agent. Through them our road trip was given to Prince Tour & travel. Our experience is very very disappointing with Prince Travel & their Driver Vijay Bagni(Golu). All 9 days he never came on time to pick us up from the hotel. Daily our pickup time was 9 to 9.30. After 2 days bad experience, we were calling him around 8 a.m still he didn't come on time. He was giving one or the other lame reasons to come late. It is very frustrating. 10 of us get ready on time so that we can cover all places, but because he always comes late, we end up wasting our morning hours just waiting for him.

We had travelled with this prince travels from Indore till Gwalior in a group for 10 days....our driver was Vijay Bagni (Golu). We were very exited to see the beautiful places.But everyday the driver was coming late and we were not able to cover many places or else in a hurry we had to enjoy those places. We were very annoyed by lame reasons given by him. When we complained to Mr Sandeep ,the owner, he spoke in favour of the driver Vijay (Golu). Would not recommend Prince Travels to anyone.

We booked a bus from indore to gwalior from prince tours and travels and had the most comfortable journey. The driver was very professional and punctual. The bus was neat and clean. Best in town!

Prince Tours and Travels provided us a TT (MP 13 TA 3922) on 21/12/2024. The driver Mr Golu is a very lethargic person. During our 10 days tour, not even once he picked us up on time. Every day after making several calls, he used to bring the vehicle to our hotel. Due to his behaviour, we couldn't visit all the places and see everything wherever we visited. Calls made to his superior had no affect on his behaviour. Every day he used to give lame excuses. At Khajuraho we banged on the doors of the TT to wake him up @ 9 am. Never ever hire this agency. Very very poor service.

Pathetic and worst service. To save toll amount, the owner instructed driver to take from internal villages where there were no roads. I had specifically mentioned we have a knee replacement patient in car but he just wanted to save toll so he avoided main roads. Totally inhuman businessman. When i complained for taking through villages with kache road, he asked me to call back the car….! Wow….! Total shamefull behaviour.
