I had a fantastic experience at Thomas Cook! Yash, my relationship officer, was incredibly helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy for me. If you're looking for foreign exchange services, I highly recommend Thomas Cook. Great service all around!

I recently visited Thomas Cook indore for currency exchange, and I had an excellent experience. Swapnil Sitoke was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He guided me through the process smoothly and provided detailed information about exchange rates and procedures. His expertise ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had booked Europe tour with them and had paid all the cost fpr the Tour Starting from 18/April/2025. Have not receive any Hotel voucher and Ticket details so far. Very poor internal coordination within the operation team. When called the local representative, was told to wait till EOD. I wonder when will they provide with the voucher and tickets. Poor service and coordination. Customer have to ask repeatedly to send all documents

I've used Thomas Cook's currency exchange services multiple times, and they’ve consistently delivered the best service. The process is smooth, rates are competitive, and the staff is always professional and helpful. Their reliability keeps bringing me back. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Utkarsh and Swapnil, Indore branch for their kind support during the process.
