Inspite of making a last minute booking we got great service ! Prakash ji who drove us around all day was very sweet and well acquainted with eateries,places to see and things to do. Definitely recommmend to anybody looking for really good cab service in and around Indore !

We used this service for a trip to India and Thailand. I could not be more disappointed, though Ruchi, our point person was lovely. The itinerary they shared lacked any sort of detail, apart from the date and the location of the event. Also, all of drivers and other folks involved in the thailand aspect of the experience did not speak English, though they were promised to have at least some level of English keep speaking ability when we had signed up, there were several points and details within the itinerary and throughout the experience that showed they did not do research: for example, on one day, they planned to have us at the airport five hours in advance of a domestic flight that took us 45 minutes from entering the airport to board. Another instance was suggesting an airport hotel to stay for 3 days that was 1.5 hours outside of the city of Bangkok. There was also a little room for flexibility, such as a different drop off point from the hotel. Many of the travel agent members were quite rude and, it was next to impossible to get someone on the phone, let alone someone who can speak proper English. There were several scary instances where we were with a driver in a foreign area and unable to communicate even with Google Translate and we were unable to get a representative on the line. It seems that this company is being run out of a call center that has been decentralized across India, and other parts of the world, and therefore, they are only able to communicate via text message and poorly written English that leaves room for confusion in an app called telegram that I have only heard has been used for less scrupulous purposes. Overall, Thailand was beautiful, but this company did everything they could to ruin the experience.
