Worst worst worst……such a horrible and terrible experience….bus is so dirty it’s mattresses are stinky and has so much stains…it’s curtains were also formed …..it was so much suffocating…they made so many passengers sit and sleep in the middle passage…and the staff is so rude. Never ever travel in that bus.

Third class worst bus service ,mannerless stupid driver , 2 hrs late .no facility of washroom,light and ac ..nothing at all

The worst travels service i have ever seen they have cancelled my booking on last hour without even informing me... And when I called the opretar they have received my call and put at aside and no buddy was talking. Thari service should get shut down so that passagers can not suffer due to thair unprofessional service specialy in emergency cases

Wrost decision ever to choose this bus in emergency, Emergency me yeh bus choose Kiya tha..... Jha se bus jaati h wha pe bulaya or.... 3 ghante baithe rakha uske baad bola raat 10 baje aana... Phr baad me bus cancel kr diya... Refund bhi nhi kiya

Worst experience. Driver and bus staff are so much corrupt that they are stopping bus in every 15 min on the journey for just filling extra passenger only for 200 300 rs. No effect of complaints. Bus MP09FA5663. Indore to pune 30 December 2017.

Travelled from Indore to Akola in this bus. The worst sleeper bus I have ever travelled in. Stinking smell inside, wet seats, no bedsheet, NO AIR SUSPENSION, bus has no comfort at all Feels like travelling in a truck...stll they charge a premium ticket....bus stopped more than ten times, caught by police for illegal passengers in cabin, Rear tyre burst while bus was running... All these horrible experiences in one single journey. Please don't ever travel by this bus.🙏 If you are going to Akot, go for other decent buses till Akola and then board a ST bus from akola to akot.
